Active Wellness, located in downtown Corvallis, is south of the Benton County Courthouse building with the tall clocktower.  Our entry door is on the west side of 4th Street.  The Active Wellness suite is the second office on the left. 

 

The local bus transit hub is one block away at the corner of Monroe and 5th street.  Bicycle parking is accessible at the front of the building on 4th street. 

 

Parking for cars is accessible along Monroe, 4th Street, or Madison.  A public parking lot is located 2 blocks away, across from the Majestic Theater, on 2nd Street.
